Yes, guest Wi-Fi is provided. Details are available in your Booking Confirmation email and inside the accommodation. It’s password-protected and runs on a separate network from the main house.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially near animals, fences, and waterways. This is a working farm, and while it’s a beautiful place to explore, safety is key.

Farm life tends to run on its own rhythm, so while some days are full of action, others might be a little quieter. Activities like feed time or egg collecting happen regularly, but bigger jobs—like moving cattle—just depend on what’s happening on the farm that day. You’re always welcome to join in or observe when something’s going on.

Kyogle is a 15-minute drive and has shops, cafés, and basic services. There’s a single local taxi and limited public transport—info is provided in your welcome information.

We’ve got you covered. You’ll find a Power Out Kit in the pantry with torches, distilled water, and instructions. Tap water will pause during an outage but can be restored quickly.

Casual visits and pop-ins from friends or family are totally fine—just give us a heads-up first so we know who’s around. But if you’re planning a bigger get-together or using the space as a catch-up spot for everyone you know, that’s treated as an event, and booking fees will apply.
